Why this one
The bit you already remember
It always went in the third over, or at the death, never in the middle. And you knew it had gone everywhere and not just your flat, because the whole building made the same noise at once, and then somebody's father started shouting at the fusebox.
A plan of a residential block drawn as a simple grid of flats, every window lit, rendered as a single warm rectangle of light — and then the title beneath it in heavy condensed type.
On the back, small, between the shoulders: the time it came back on.
Printed in a warm filament yellow on a dusk blue or lamp black ground, so the lit windows genuinely glow against the fabric.
