Nothing has been printed, so nothing ships, so there is nothing to return. This page exists anyway, because a policy written after the first complaint is written to suit the seller.
When the first run lands
- Where we shipAcross India. Rates and timelines will be shown before anything is sold, not after.
- Outside IndiaLater. A wire-bound calendar has to arrive flat, and we would rather solve that than send you a cylinder.
- How it is packedCalendars flat with a board, t-shirts in a recyclable sleeve, mugs double-boxed. Nothing in plastic that did not need to be.
- What it costsStated in rupees, with tax, at the moment you are asked to pay — which is not today.
Returns, when there is something to return
- Damaged, wrong or missingEntirely ours. Send a photograph within seven days of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full, postage included.
- Changed your mindUnused and unmarked, within seven days of delivery. The return postage is yours; the refund is the full price of the item.
- The wrong sizeSwap it for another size while we still have one. Measure a t-shirt you already like against the size guide first — it settles it in a minute.
- Leaving the listCosts nothing and needs no reason. Write to us, or use the unsubscribe on any email.
Until a seller is registered and a price has actually been paid, this is a published intention rather than a live policy. It will be restated, with the seller’s details on it, before anything is sold.
